1. Disposing of/ transferring ownership of chemicals in storage areas (chemical storage, temporary chemical storage, laboratory lockers, chemical cabinets, etc.)
2. Disposing of scheduled waste (chemical/biological)
3. Disposing of/transferring ownership of samples in storage areas (refrigerator, cold room, incubator, storage rack, etc.).

4. Returning the laboratory access card.

User agree that, in the event of any non-compliance on my part, the ICAMB laboratory management reserves the right to take appropriate action concerning the chemicals, samples, personal apparatus, and personal belongings involved.
